Who we are

Altum Visu Drones ("we", "us") is a drone imaging business based in Costa Mesa, California, serving Orange County. Contact: [email protected] or (949) 881-4144.

What we collect

When you send a quote request, we receive what you enter: your name, email, phone number (optional), city, project location, preferred timing, the service you're interested in, your project details, and whether you chose to receive text messages. If you email, call, or text us, we receive whatever you share that way.

This website doesn't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

How the quote form works

Quote requests are processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form service that delivers your submission to our email inbox. Web3Forms handles the data under its own privacy policy (web3forms.com/privacy). We use a simple anti-spam check on the form.

How we use your information

• To reply to your request, prepare a quote, and schedule and deliver your project.
• To check airspace and plan a safe flight at your project location.
• To keep basic business records.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it with third parties for their marketing. We share it only with services needed to run the business (such as our form, email, and phone providers), or when the law requires.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text messaging (SMS)

Altum Visu Drones sends text messages from (949) 881-4144 only to people who ask us to, for example by checking the optional text-message box on our quote form, by texting us first, or by asking us to text them.

• What we text: updates about your quote and appointments, such as quote follow-ups, scheduling and confirmations, flight-day updates, and delivery notices. These are informational messages about your request, not marketing.
• Frequency: message frequency varies based on your request.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time (CANCEL, END, QUIT, and UNSUBSCRIBE also work). We'll send one message confirming you've opted out, and then no further texts. Reply START or UNSTOP to opt back in.
• Help: reply HELP, email [email protected], or call (949) 881-4144.
• Optional: agreeing to texts is not a condition of requesting a quote or buying any service.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share them only with the phone and messaging providers that deliver our texts, solely to send those messages. See also the text messaging section of our Terms of Service.

Aerial imagery and privacy

We fly under FAA Part 107 rules and plan flights to focus on the client's property or project site. If you believe our imagery shows you or your property and have a concern, contact us and we'll review it.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and project records as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above and for our records.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you've sent us by contacting [email protected]. California residents may have additional rights under California law.

We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
