Using this website
This website gives general information about Altum Visu Drones' services. Content may change without notice. Don't misuse the site or its forms (for example, by sending spam).
Quotes and pricing
Prices shown as "From $X" are starting prices. Final pricing depends on property size, location, airspace, and scope, and is confirmed in a written quote before work begins. A quote request doesn't create a booking until we both confirm it.
Flights, weather, and airspace
- All flights follow FAA Part 107 and any applicable airspace authorizations and local rules.
- The pilot may delay, reschedule, or cancel a flight for safety, weather, airspace, or legal reasons. We'll work with you on a new time.
- Some locations can't be flown, or need extra lead time for authorization.
Imaging only
Our services provide aerial photos, video, and imagery. They are not engineering, roofing, electrical, structural, thermal, or legal land survey services, and they don't certify the condition or performance of any property or system. Have licensed professionals review anything that matters.
Your responsibilities
You confirm you own the property or have permission for us to photograph it, and you'll tell us about access, hazards, or restrictions we should know about.
Use of images
Usage rights for delivered images and video are set out in your quote or agreement.
Text messaging program
Program: Altum Visu Drones customer text messages, sent from (949) 881-4144.
- Description: if you opt in (for example, with the optional checkbox on our quote form, or by texting us first), we text you about your quote and appointments: quote follow-ups, scheduling and confirmations, flight-day updates, and delivery notices.
- Frequency: message frequency varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP to cancel at any time (CANCEL, END, QUIT, and UNSUBSCRIBE also work). You'll get one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply START or UNSTOP to rejoin.
- Help: reply HELP, or contact [email protected] or (949) 881-4144.
- Consent to texts is optional and not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
