Real Estate Aerial Photo & Video

Aerial stills and video that show what ground photos can't: the lot lines, the roofline, the neighborhood, and how close the property sits to parks, schools, and the coast.

Overview

What we do

We plan each shoot around the property and the light, capture a set of overhead and angled stills, and can add smooth video flyovers for listing videos and social posts.

Files are delivered edited and web-ready so they can go straight into the MLS, a property website, or a reel.

Who it's for

  • Listing agents and brokerages
  • Homeowners selling privately
  • Property and land listings
  • Builders marketing new homes
For real estate agents

Three ways to use aerial media

Order any one, or combine them in a single flight day.

Property footage

Listing stills and video of the home: overhead and angled views of the house, lot, and roofline for MLS photos, listing videos, and property websites.

Packages: Aerial Stills, Aerial Photo + Video, Premium Listing Aerial, or Aerial Twilight. From $249.

Surrounding-area footage

Context that sells the location: the neighborhood, nearby beaches and parks, exterior views of area schools, and commute routes, so buyers see how the home fits its surroundings.

Packages: Combine with a listing package on the same flight day, or order it on its own as Area B-Roll.

Area B-roll for agent marketing

Footage of the communities you serve, not tied to a single listing, for social posts, personal brand videos, and community spotlights.

Packages: Area B-Roll for Agents. From $349.

School and public-area footage is limited to exterior and area context, flown where airspace and local rules allow.

FAQ

Common questions

Can you include nearby schools, parks, or beaches?

Yes, as exterior and area context only, flown where airspace and local rules allow.

Can you fly near John Wayne Airport?

Many addresses near John Wayne Airport (SNA, Orange County’s main airport) are in controlled airspace. We check every address and request FAA authorization where required. Some locations may have altitude limits or need extra lead time.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Flights depend on wind, rain, and visibility. If conditions aren’t safe, we’ll pick a new time with you.
